Rules and Policies

Dress Code

Appropriate dress please. No muscle tank tops (chest must be covered), droopy pants or open toe shoes. Regular tank tops are fine. If you wear a hat please wear the bill forward, not sideways or backwards. No hoodies. No offensive wording or graphics on any clothing (likewise tattoos). Please use good taste.
Unpleasant hygiene will not be allowed. Likewise avoid the use of strong cologne or perfume.

Cellphone policy

We discourage members from bringing cell phones to the club. If you choose to do so, please adhere to the following:

No phone conversations on the main floor.
Do not tie up a machine or bench by being engrossed in your phone. Get your reps done and move on bro!
Video recording is prohibited.

Conduct Code

All members & guests must register at the front desk each visit.
All members MUST return all equipment and weight plates to their proper place.
Members should use sanitizer and a paper towel on machines after use.
If you want to listen to your own music, please wear ear buds.
Please do not pop gum, it is annoying!
And speaking of noise please abstain from loud grunting, screaming or singing, you maniac!
Please no gallon water containers.
No eating on the main floor.
No tobacco products or vapes.
No children in the club, we do not provide daycare.
Nonmembers (except for All iN guests) are not allowed to wait for members inside the club.
No animals. We love pets, just not in the club.
Please do not leave valuables in a locker without a lock. No overnight locks.
Please leave gym bags in a locker.
Personal workout equipment is not permitted.
No chalk is permitted.

Safety

Please use equipment safely. If you are unfamiliar with how a piece of equipment works, please ask a staff member for assistance. No slamming of weights.
No weapons are allowed on the property including the parking area.
An emergency 911 button is located near the reception desk.
We make use of security cameras on the property for member protection.

Our daily goal is to provide a squeaky clean environment for our members. Please notify a staff member if you notice anything that needs cleaning.
